Welcome to Feature & Follow Friday, an event hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. It’s a thing I’m trying out because Michelle and I recently realized that we just had our first blog birthday. And…we’ve totally been half-assing this thing. Sporadic reviews and no participation in, well, anything really, etc. So, here’s my attempt to get more involved in the blogging community! So comment and link up, people, I need some blogging friends!

Q: What do you hope to accomplish with your blog? Is it to one day become an author yourself, just for fun, maybe get some online attention, or maybe something very different?

A: Well, we started this blog because sometimes I read a book and have this urgent need to talk about it. (Michelle calls this “urgent but temporary,” which is absolutely true.) So, I hope to be able to interact with people about the books I read (even if just with Michelle; this is a good place for us to communicate about what we read), and also to find new books that I would’ve normally have heard about. Man, has my TBR gotten long since starting to follow other bloggers!
