A Feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin

I have to say, I didn’t love this one. I don’t think the addition of Cersei Lannister’s voice added anything to the tale and it was a very slow read for me. The Alayne thread seems lacking somehow. With the exception of one brief, but totally predictable moment of “Finally!,” the plot didn’t seem to move much at all. The Martells of Dorne seem to be emerging as important figures, yet I still am not attached to them. I was also bummed not to see any of my favorite characters or plot arcs in this installment.

I am ready for book five, and to put this series to rest, already. Come on, George. I wanna see my favorites for a change! And finish the damn series so I can move on!
